Everything you need to buy guest posts on Contlinks, in the order you will do it: create your account, set up a project, add funds, choose sites, place an order and approve the live link. Each section shows the real screen from your dashboard. Publishers will find their own section at the end.

Create your account

Go to app.contlinks.com/signup and fill in the Create account form. It takes about a minute.

  1. Enter your full name, work email, phone number and a strong password.
  2. Under I want to join as, choose Advertiser to buy placements or Publisher to list your websites.
  3. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.

Prefer one click? Use Continue with Google instead. Next time, sign in at app.contlinks.com/login. If you forget your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

Your dashboard at a glance

After you sign in you land on Home. The four cards at the top count your Order Requests, orders In Progress, Completed and Cancelled. Below them you will find Recent Orders, an Orders by Date chart, a short Platform Overview video and quick FAQs.

  • Left menu: Home, My Projects, Catalogue, Purchases, Wallet and Support. Book a Meeting at the bottom books a free 15-minute intro call with our team.
  • Top bar: notifications, messages, cart, favorites, your wallet balance and your profile menu (Profile Settings, My Reviews, Language and Logout).

Set up a project

A project groups the orders you place for one website or campaign, so your spending and links stay organised. Every order in your cart must be assigned to a project, so create one before you check out.

  1. Open My Projects and click New Project.
  2. Project basics: add a Project Name and the Target Website (both required), your main objective and any standing Instructions to Publisher, such as content guidelines or link preferences.
  3. Content targeting: choose the categories you want to appear in and whether you need sites that accept sensitive topics.
  4. Localization: pick up to 3 languages and up to 3 target countries.
  5. Links and publishing: add the Target Pages you want links to point to. Use Add Another Target Page for more.
  6. Click Create Project.

Finished campaigns can be moved to the Archived tab so your active list stays short.

Add funds to your wallet

Orders are paid from your Contlinks wallet balance, so top it up before you check out. You can add funds by credit or debit card, PayPal or crypto.

  1. Open Wallet and click Deposit.
  2. Enter the amount in US dollars or tap a quick amount ($50, $100, $250 or $500). The minimum deposit is $20.
  3. Choose how you want to pay, click Continue to payment and complete the payment.

Card and PayPal deposits are added to your balance once the payment goes through. Crypto deposits are credited automatically once the transfer confirms on the network, usually within a few minutes.

Tip: Paying with crypto? Send it on the exact network shown at checkout. A transfer sent on another network cannot be recovered.

Reading your wallet

The Wallet page shows three figures. Reserved is money held for active orders. Available is what you can spend right now. Total Spending is everything you have spent on completed orders. Below them, the transaction list can be searched and filtered by type and status.

Search and filter sites

Catalogue lists every publisher site you can order from. Each row shows the site and its rating, categories, language and region, authority metrics (Moz DA, Ahrefs DR and Similarweb traffic) and the price, with the article writing fee shown underneath.

Search by URL, keyword, description or region, or click Filters to narrow the list by:

  • category, country and language
  • price and copywriting
  • sensitive topics, link type and number of links
  • advertising mark and homepage announcements
  • traffic, DA, DR and discounted websites

Open Advanced Filters for more options, then click Apply. Use the heart icon to save a site to Favorites and come back to it later.

Check a site before you order

Click any site name to open its page. Before you add it to your cart, check:

  • Traffic and authority: Similarweb traffic, Moz DA and Ahrefs DR, plus Ahrefs, Majestic and Moz metrics, a traffic growth chart, top countries and traffic sources.
  • Link rules: how many links are allowed, whether a homepage announcement is included and whether the post goes in a relevant section.
  • Instructions for Buyer: the publisher’s content requirements, such as minimum word count and topics they accept.
  • Price: the standard price, the sensitive-topic price if offered and the article writing add-on.

Have a question first? Click Message to ask the publisher. Every order is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee if it is not published.

Can’t find the site you want?

Click Request Website at the top of Catalogue. Enter the website names or domains you are looking for, your budget range and how soon you need the placement. Topic and target URL are optional. Our team will look for a match and get back to you.

Place your first order

Once you have a project and funds in your wallet, ordering takes five steps.

1

Add sites to your cart

In Catalogue, click Add to Cart next to any site, or add it from the site’s own page. The cart icon in the top bar shows how many sites you have added, and you can check out several sites at once.

2

Choose a project and order type

Open the cart. For each site, pick the Project the order belongs to (required) and the Order type. Standard is selected by default. A site flagged Missing Details still needs a project or content before you can order.

3

Add your article, or let the publisher write it

Under Writing options choose one:

  • Submit Article to provide your own content. Enter the article title, paste your content into the editor (the word count updates as you type) and fill in the Anchor Text & Links table with each anchor, target URL and link type. You can add up to 2 do-follow links. Click Save Article.
  • Outsource Writing if you want the publisher to write it for you. The writing fee is shown on the item and added to the total.
4

Place the order

The Order Summary shows your subtotal, any discount savings, the total and your wallet balance. If your balance is too low, click Deposit funds and top up first. When everything is ready, click Place Order. The amount is deducted from your balance and held in escrow until the order is completed.

5

Track it in Purchases

Every order appears in Purchases with its order ID, project, publisher, timer, status and price. Use Chat to message the publisher about that order, and Actions to review and approve it.

Write a good brief

A clear brief gets your post approved faster and avoids revisions. Whether you submit your own article or outsource the writing, follow these rules:

  • Read the site’s Instructions for Buyer first. Match its minimum word count, accepted topics and style rules.
  • Write for the site’s readers. The article should be useful on its own, not a wrapper for your link.
  • Keep anchors natural. Mix branded, partial-match and plain phrases instead of the same exact keyword every time.
  • Use up to 2 do-follow links and point each one at a relevant page from your project’s target pages.
  • Flag sensitive topics. Content on topics such as finance, crypto or gambling needs a site that accepts them and is charged at its sensitive price.
  • Add standing preferences to your project. Anything in Instructions to Publisher applies to every order in that project.

If you are outsourcing the writing, give the publisher a topic, the target URL, your preferred anchor and any points the article must cover.

Tip: Original data, first-hand experience and specific examples make an article far more likely to be accepted as written.

Approve a live link

When the publisher has published your post, they submit the live URL and the order moves to awaiting approval. Open the link and check that:

  1. the post is live and publicly visible
  2. your link points to the right page and uses the agreed anchor text
  3. the link type matches what you ordered
  4. the content is the article you supplied or approved

If everything is right, approve the order from Purchases and payment is released to the publisher. If something needs fixing, tell the publisher in the order Chat before you approve.

Tip: If you do not respond within 7 days of the live URL being submitted, the order is approved automatically. Keep an eye on your notifications.

Order history and spending

You can review all your activity from three places:

  • Purchases lists every order with its status, project and price, so you can see what is live and what is still in progress.
  • Wallet keeps a full transaction history. Search by ID or description and filter by type and status to find a deposit or payment.
  • Home shows the Orders by Date chart, weekly or monthly, alongside your order totals.

Projects keep each campaign’s orders together, which makes reporting to a client or manager simple.

Account settings

Open your profile menu in the top right and choose Profile Settings. The page has five tabs:

  • Personal: your name, profile picture, time zone and account currency. To change your email address or phone number, contact support.
  • Security: change your password. It must be at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character.
  • Business: company name, registration number, VAT number and business address, used on your records.
  • Payment: your PayPal or crypto payout details for withdrawals.
  • Reviews: reviews left on your account.

Change the dashboard language from Language in the same profile menu.

Get help from support

Open Support and fill in Create New Support Ticket:

  1. Write a short Subject.
  2. Choose a Category: Account Issue, Payment/Withdrawal, Guest Post Approval, Website/Technical or Other.
  3. Set a Priority and, if it is about an order, add the order ID or related URL.
  4. Describe the issue in Message. You can attach up to 5 files of 10MB each.
  5. Click Submit Ticket.

We reply within one working day. Your tickets and their replies appear under My Tickets. For a quick question, use the chat button at the bottom right of any dashboard page, or email support@contlinks.com.

Disputes and refunds

Most problems are solved in the order chat. If you and the publisher cannot agree, raise a dispute within 14 days by opening a support ticket in the Guest Post Approval category with the order ID. Our team reviews the order history and chat, then decides whether the held payment is released or refunded.

  • If a publisher declines or does not complete an order, the full amount returns to your wallet balance.
  • You can ask for unused balance to be refunded within 30 days.

Full details are in our Payment Policy and Terms of Use.

For publishers: selling on Contlinks

Publishers list their sites, set their own prices and get paid for every completed order. Sign up and choose Publisher under I want to join as. Your dashboard has five sections: Home, My Portals (your websites), Sales (orders you receive), Wallet and Support.

Add your website

Open My Portals and click Add Website. Adding a site takes four steps:

  1. Website URL: enter the full address, including https://.
  2. Verification: prove that you own or manage the site.
  3. Details: set your prices and the rules for links you accept.
  4. Complete: review everything and submit the site for approval.

To be accepted, a site must be live and accessible, publish original content, have at least 10 published articles, be indexed in Google and get at least 1,000 visits a month. Adult or gambling content, illegal or harmful material, free subdomains and PBN networks are not accepted.

Verify your traffic

In the Verification step, choose how to prove you own the site:

  • Google Analytics: connect the GA4 property for the site. Make sure you are signed in to the Google account that manages it.
  • File Upload: download the verification file, upload it to your site’s root folder (public_html) and click Verify Upload.
  • Verify Later: give a short reason and our team will check ownership manually before the site is listed.

Verified sites go live faster. Your listing then shows third-party metrics such as Similarweb traffic, Moz DA and Ahrefs DR, so buyers can judge the site before they order. Sites with inflated or unverifiable traffic are not accepted.

Set your prices

The Details step controls how your listing looks to buyers:

  • Website Description and Instructions for Buyer: your niche and audience, and your content rules such as minimum word count and topics you accept.
  • Audience and targeting: up to 2 countries, up to 2 languages, up to 3 categories, and any sensitive topics you accept.
  • Publishing rules: maximum links and images per post, link type, whether posts are marked as sponsored, whether a homepage announcement is included, and whether the post goes in a relevant section.
  • Pricing: your normal post price, an extra fee for sensitive topics if you accept them, a copywriting fee if you write for buyers, and an optional discount.

Click Save & Continue to submit. Your site then appears in My Portals with its prices, orders and earnings, and you can change anything later with Edit Details. There are no listing fees. Contlinks keeps a 20% commission only on completed orders.

Handle orders

New orders appear in Sales with the order ID and website, the timer, the advertiser, the order details, status and price. Review the buyer’s article or brief, then accept it, ask questions in the order Chat, or decline it. Once the post is live, submit the live URL from Actions. Payment is released when the buyer approves, or automatically 7 days after you submit the URL. Keep the link live for 12 months to honour the link guarantee.

Withdraw earnings

Your Wallet shows three figures. Pending Clearance is money from orders that are not yet approved. Available Balance is ready to withdraw. Total Earnings is everything you have earned.

  1. Click Payout Methods and add where your money should go: your PayPal account or a crypto wallet address. Double-check crypto addresses, because a payout sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.
  2. Click Withdraw and request a payout from your available balance.

The minimum withdrawal is $50. Payouts are processed within 3 to 7 days, and a 2% payment processing fee is deducted from each withdrawal.
