Payment policy

How payments are held, released, refunded and paid out on Contlinks.

01

Currency and prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any VAT or sales tax that may apply in your country. The price on a listing is the total the advertiser pays for that placement.

02

Adding funds

Advertisers add funds by credit or debit card, PayPal or crypto. Funds added to your balance can be used for any order. The minimum deposit is $20.

03

How payment is held

When an order is placed, the full amount is taken from your balance and held by Contlinks. The publisher cannot access it until the order is completed.

04

When payment is released

Payment is released to the publisher when the advertiser approves the live link, or automatically 7 days after the live URL is submitted if the advertiser does not respond.

05

Refunds

If a publisher declines or fails to complete an order, the full amount returns to your balance. Balance refunds to your original payment method are available on request within 30 days, minus any payment processing fees.

06

Link guarantee

If a paid link is removed, redirected or changed to nofollow within 12 months, the publisher must restore it. If they do not, we offer a replacement placement of equal value or a refund to your balance.

07

Publisher payouts

Publishers can withdraw their available balance by PayPal or crypto once it reaches $50. Payouts are processed within 3 to 7 days, and a 2% payment processing fee is deducted from each withdrawal. Contlinks keeps a 20% commission on each completed order, deducted before earnings reach the publisher’s balance.

08

Chargebacks and fraud

Filing a chargeback for an order that was completed may lead to account suspension. We may hold funds while we investigate suspected fraud.
