How Contlinks collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Contlinks is the data controller for personal data processed through contlinks.com. You can reach our data contact at contact@contlinks.com.
Account details such as your name, email, company and country. Order data including briefs, target URLs, messages and invoices. For publishers, site details and traffic data from connected Google services. Technical data such as IP address, device and usage, collected through cookies.
To run your account and process orders and payments, verify publisher sites, prevent fraud, provide support, and send service emails. With your consent, we also send product news and offers.
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the platform, and with your consent where required.
The other party to your order sees what they need to complete it. We also use payment processors, hosting, email and analytics providers under contract. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers process data outside the country where you live, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep account data while your account is open and order and invoice records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, and inactive accounts are reviewed after 24 months.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@contlinks.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
